A complete build, managed from the ground up.
We provide general contracting services for the entire home, coordinating the work from excavation and site preparation through final completion. Our own crews also perform a significant portion of the construction, depending on the project—including foundations, framing, siding, finish carpentry, site work, and decks.
Working from completed construction drawings, we review the building envelope, windows, mechanical and electrical requirements, finishes, and available options before finalizing the project price. Beattie Bros. Contracting is a licensed Alberta residential builder, and new homes are enrolled with Progressive Home Warranty Ltd.

FULL-HOME RENOVATIONS & ADDITIONS

Our comprehensive renovations may include structural changes, reconfigured layouts, new windows and building-envelope improvements, updated mechanical and electrical systems, and complete interior finishes. We coordinate construction, permits, engineering, trades, and scheduling from completed design through final completion. Whenever possible, we recommend that clients live elsewhere during construction.
An addition should look and feel like it was there from the start—not like an afterthought. We build expanded living areas, bedrooms, attached garages, second-storey additions, and major roof-structure replacements. We prefer to begin with completed architectural drawings and work with the project engineer to determine the best path forward.

Built for year-round use.
We build detached shops, workshops, and garages as permanent, well-insulated parts of the property, managing the project from excavation and concrete through framing, the building envelope, mechanical systems, and interior completion. Our work is best suited to conditioned buildings on concrete foundations rather than large agricultural pole sheds.
